5-7 segments from your CRM in a week

Upload an export from your CRM — by morning you will see who is ready to buy, who is slipping away and where to start the conversation with each. No analytics team and no purchased lists.

An example of a segment card. The numbers are illustrative.

  • Servers and data in Russia

Stored and processed under Russian data law

  • Works with your CRM

Bitrix24 and a CSV export, no developer needed

  • Contacts kept encrypted

An address is stored as a fingerprint that cannot be reversed

  • First segments the next day

    Not a quarter-long project

Sound familiar?

  • The base in the CRM keeps growing, the emails stay the same for everyone.
  • Who to contact first is decided from memory.
  • The report on what the campaign did is assembled by hand in a spreadsheet.
  • Several people are involved in a deal, and the CRM keeps them one by one — no roles, no view of who is missing from the committee.

ABM Персона answers the first question in an evening and the rest within a week.

The first week

  1. Evening

You upload an export or connect Bitrix24

  2. Next day

You see the first segments on your own base

  3. One week

What the platform does for you

Splits the base into 5-7 segments

  • Five to seven segments instead of hand-made lists
  • Names a salesperson understands: champions, slipping, at risk
  • Every segment opens as a list of companies
  • Recalculated on schedule, nothing to trigger by hand
The segments screen: six cards with names, the rule behind each and the number of companies in it.
A product screen. The data is from a demo workspace.

Pulls the base from Bitrix24 or a CSV in an evening

  • A CSV export or a Bitrix24 connection
  • Column mapping is remembered for the next upload
  • A repeat upload extends the base instead of duplicating it
  • Duplicates are matched by an encrypted fingerprint of the address
The import screen: choosing an Excel or CSV file, a hint about the delimiter and links to templates.
A product screen. The data is from a demo workspace.

Prepares a touch sequence for every segment

  • Three or four steps with delays and conditions
  • Launched on a whole segment, not contact by contact
  • Two versions of one email are compared against each other
  • Opted-out contacts and those without consent are excluded
The playbooks screen: six scenarios with their state (draft, active, paused) and buttons to run them on a segment.
A product screen. The data is from a demo workspace.

Shows who is growing and who is slipping away

  • Three axes on a single screen
  • You see how many companies sit at the top of the scale
  • Event weights are visible and adjustable
  • The score can be explained to a salesperson in words
  • A separate panel scores reputation, engagement and the funnel using the ITSMA model, without folding them into one score
  • Interest surges by topic show whose engagement moved above its own usual level
The scoring screen: the line «RFM × Lifecycle × Engagement Score, 320 accounts» and two counters: 29 champions and 105 companies at risk of churn.
A product screen. The data is from a demo workspace.

Keeps contacts so the address cannot be pulled back out

  • Names and addresses are not shown even inside the product
  • An encrypted fingerprint is stored, not the address itself
  • Job title and buying role stay visible
  • Erasure on request removes both the data and the events
A company card contact list: only job titles and the buying role are shown, names and addresses are not.
A product screen. The data is from a demo workspace.

Three axes scored together

Each axis answers its own question: how recently and how much they bought, where the company sits in its lifecycle, how engaged it is right now.

A single metric cannot answer «who do I write to today»: a recent purchase without activity and activity without purchases mean different things. Hence three axes.

Connects today

Five sources work right now, all of them Russian services

amoCRM, ad audiences and the AI features are still in progress. What connects today and what does not is laid out on the integrations page.

When it is not a fit

  • · A base under 200 companies — segmentation has nothing to work with, a spreadsheet is enough.
  • · You need purchased contacts and data scraping — we do not do that.
  • · You sell to consumers only — this product is about B2B companies.

Data is stored in Russia

  • · A server in Russia. The customer database sits in a separate network segment with no access from outside.
  • · Addresses and phones are stored as an encrypted fingerprint. The system finds duplicates by it, and the address itself cannot be restored from it.
  • · A journal of operations on personal data. Every entry is signed together with the previous one, so the journal cannot be rewritten after the fact.
  • · Erasure on request: both the data and the events are wiped.
  • · Every finding in the AI brief carries a source and a date: you can check it instead of taking it on faith.

Access opens on request

There is no self-service signup: a short call first, access after. That way we understand your case and say plainly when the product does not fit.

Free trial

After the request we open access on your own data: upload an export, get your segments and one playbook. That is enough to tell whether the approach works on your base.

100 companies, 1 seat, all three axes, 1 playbook

Request access

Paid access

Limits on companies, seats and integrations are sized to your case. Mention your base size in the same request and we come back with a quote and an invoice.

The operator is a sole trader on the simplified regime; invoices carry no VAT.

Frequently asked

Leave a demo request. There is no self-service signup: we reply within one business day, show the product on your data and open access. From there you upload a CRM export or connect Bitrix24 and see your first segments the same day.

Try it on your own base, not on slides

Send a request and we will show the product on your data rather than on a demo set. Free trial: 100 companies, all three axes, one playbook. If we see the product is not a fit, we say so.
